築２０年経過の我が家を伊勢のペイントワンさんで施工してもらいました。
今回が初めて行う外壁塗装・・・
きっかけは外壁のコーキングの劣化が気になっていたのと近所のお宅が外壁塗装を開始されたタイミングで行動開始！
まずは、①近所の外壁塗装される業者さん、②地元ではチラシなどで知名度がある業者さん、③ネットで色々調べているうちに気になった業者さん（ペイントワンさん）に見積もりを取り検討することに
①専属の営業マンの方、いきなり３０年持ちますの塗料を勧められて今ならこの価格でと大幅に値下げ→最終的に外壁塗装の相場の値段ほど
営業マンの人柄は良さげでしたが・・・
②知名度があるので期待してましたが見積書の内容が字が小さく見にくい上に使用する塗料のおおまかな塗料名の記載しかなくメーカー名などが記載されてなく分かりにくかった。
③ネットで色々調べていた時に「塗装女子」や職人の日常など見て興味本意で見積もりしてもらう事に・・・
最初はちょっと不安（ふざけすぎやろ）に思いましたが、見積書の内容が1番分かりやすく、実際に外壁の浮きの対処や外壁に適した施工方法など外観チェック時に詳しく説明してもらいました。
という事で最終的に③のペイントワンさんで外壁塗装工事をお願いする事に
工事期間中は仕事などで不在のためLINEでその日の作業報告が画像と共に分かりやすく進捗状況を見るのが楽しみでした。

工事期間中に直接会えたのは山根君だけでしたが若いのに礼儀正しく好感が持てました。「おぅ、任せとけ〜！」と言う彼の言葉が忘れられません（笑）

At first, I was a little worried (I was kidding too much), but the estimate was the easiest to understand, and they actually explained in detail how to deal with floating exterior walls and the appropriate construction methods for the exterior walls, etc. during the exterior inspection.
So in the end, I decided to ask Paint One from ③ to do the exterior wall painting work.
I was away due to work during the construction period, so I was looking forward to seeing the progress of the day's work on LINE with easy-to-understand images.
